Our Crossfit Gymnastics class is meant to hone in your inner gymnast and develop body awareness and strength through intelligently planned out progressions and strength building exercises. Each 60 minute gymnastics class is coach led through a deep warm up, skills work, strength progressions and games. You will leave this class feeling more in control of your motor control and confident in your gymnastics abilities during Gymnastics based metcons.
Our new Strongman program is launching in the New Year and will incorporate stones, tires, sledge hammers, sleds and farmers handles. If you enjoy moving odd object around then this is the perfect addition to your weekly training. The 60 minute coach led class will take you through the ins and outs of the ancient training methodology of strongman. No experience is necessary but strength and power gains are guaranteed.
